Despite the poor summer weather, the Community Garden at the rear of the YMCA has a fantastic display of summer flowers and trees. Please pay a visit to see the wonderful work done by our garden volunteers. You wont be disappointed.

GYM RENOVATION

Work has now been completed on the outside of the gym making it completely wind and water tight. Thoughts are now looking to improve the interior of the building. This may be a longer project.

DEFIBRILLATOR CALLED INTO ACTION

Recently the defibrillator outside the YMCA was called into use when a member of the Mens Shed took a turn. An ambulance was called and the defibrillator was made ready.
